To give a big boost to the relationship between India and Bangladesh. The Indian government signed an agreement with Bangladesh and South Korea. Now DD India will be available in Bangladesh and South Korea. DD India is a current affair and English news channel which has recently rebranded.

As per the agreement, the Indian government will broadcast BTV World in India by using DD Freedish platform and at the same time Bangladesh government to Air DD India in Bangladesh.

BTV World is Bangladesh's International channel, It telecasts various program comprising drama, documentaries, musicals, education, and information, including 14 News bulletins in English and Bangla.
