New Vacant Slot Test 318 added, Testing RS TV

This is the latest update for DD Freedish viewers that Prasar Bharati increasing TV channels capacity on DD Freedish platform. On four DD Free dish transponders (11090, 11170, 11470 and 11510) added 2 new slots in each. It means a total of 8 new vacant slots added on DD Freedish platform.

It means you can add or increase 8 more TV channels on DD Freedish.

Earlier 80 MPEG-2 channels were available in DD Freedish, the same has now increased to 86 TV channels. This excludes 50 Educational TV channels and 18 MPEG-4 TV channels.

Current Test 318 slot is showing Rajya Sabha TV channel for testing purpose.

If for some reason you are not receiving Test 318 channel, then you can re-tune your set-top box using the below frequency.
